Job Description

Role Purpose Contribute to technical development of new products and improvement of existing products. Work within the R&D team and collaborate with key company functions. Execute assigned technical activities under the guidance of the manager. Key Responsibilities Support new product development and product modification activities. Create 3D models and technical drawings using CAD. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, BOMs, and specifications. Collaborate with Production and Quality teams for product industrialization. Participate in testing and product validation activities. Monitor progress of assigned technical tasks. Interface with suppliers on technical topics. Ensure compliance with technical standards and project requirements. Requirements Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering. 4–7 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in a similar sector. Good knowledge of 3D CAD, such as Autodesk Inventor or similar. Basic knowledge of technical drawings, materials and sizing, manufacturing processes, and GD&T. Good spoken and written English, especially for technical communication. Hindi / Marathi knowledge is an advantage. Skills Technical problem solving. Teamwork. Organization and task management. Practical and results-oriented mindset. Clear technical communication. Role Positioning Senior technical contributor role. Not a full project leader position. Growth path toward Lead Engineer / Project Engineer.
