Job Description

Role & Responsibilities Work on multidisciplinary engineering projects involving highway infrastructure design for USA-based projects. Design highways in accordance with applicable highway design manuals for local cities and counties in the USA. Develop concept highway alignment designs, both horizontal and vertical, for detailed design. Undertake preliminary and detailed junction designs. Prepare reports and master planning studies, including specifications and cost estimates. Provide project status inputs to Project Managers for client reporting. Collaborate with the Design Team and support other engineering staff. Mentor junior engineers and CAD technicians. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Staff leadership skills. Familiarity with land development design, grading standards, and ADA compliance. Experience with USA or UK projects. Knowledge of site grading using topographical and survey data is preferred. Familiarity with drainage standards for storm drain and detention pond design. Relocation assistance will be provided.
