Job Description

Role & Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end production operations. Achieve daily, monthly, and annual manufacturing targets. Develop and implement production plans aligned with customer demand and business requirements. Drive improvements in productivity, capacity utilization, and manufacturing efficiency. Ensure adherence to safety standards, statutory regulations, and EHS requirements. Monitor and improve KPIs including OEE, PPM, Rejection, Scrap, OTIF, and Productivity. Lead Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen, 5S, and Continuous Improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO systems, quality standards, and customer-specific requirements. Coordinate with PPC, Maintenance, Quality, SCM, and HR for smooth plant operations. Drive cost optimization through reduction of waste, cycle time, energy consumption, and manpower inefficiencies. Review production performance through daily management systems and implement corrective actions. Lead new product launches and production readiness activities. Develop a high-performance culture through workforce engagement, training, skill development, and succession planning. Ensure machine availability through preventive and predictive maintenance coordination. Conduct root cause analysis for production losses and implement sustainable corrective actions. Manage departmental budgets, resource planning, and capital expenditure proposals.
