Job Description

Role & Responsibilities Responsible for overall business operations of the manufacturing plant, mainly engaged in precision steel fabrication. Responsible for achieving top-line and bottom-line targets for the unit. Drive high levels of productivity and quality in precision steel fabrication. Provide strong leadership and build a positive work culture. Maintain strong knowledge of CNC machines, fabrication techniques, and new product development. Implement Lean Manufacturing and other productivity improvement systems. Understand customer demands and ensure delivery as committed. Direct business development activities and operations to ensure profitable business. Fulfill unit objectives as set by company management. Preferred Candidate Profile B.E. in Mechanical Engineering with 18–25 years of experience in steel fabrication in Engineering, Automotive, or Project-based industries. Strong expertise in manufacturing and manpower handling. Experience in general or precision engineering companies. Strong understanding of customers' technical and functional requirements to ensure acceptable quality levels. Strong networking skills to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Adherence to Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) norms.
